Jet Engine Interactive Simulator

The Jet Engine Interactive Simulator is a museum-grade educational installation designed to demonstrate the principles of modern jet propulsion through a combination of mechanical interaction, digital visualization, and real-time simulation.

Basically, it allows the public to control a small-scale version of an airliner engine watching the main fan move realistically, hearing the simulated sound as if it was a real engine, and visualizing in the cockpit-style display the engine parameters. All in a safe environment: no fuel, no heat and no exposed moving parts.
